historic charm and modern comfort

The location was convenient. Many attractions were within a comfortable walking distance. i found the bed to be comfortable, (i slept soundly each night). the staff were dedicated, going above and beyond to ensure i had a pleasant stay. parking was very accessible which is really helpful.
the room felt a little dated, perhaps in need of a small refresh.

the main square has a glass roof which creates a bright and airy space. there is also a walkway on the first two floors that offers nice views. the architecture blends historical elements with modern design.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness and friendliness, ensuring guests felt welcome. some staff members spoke english, which aided in clear communication. directions and assistance were readily provided for local attractions and amenities.

The superior double room was spacious. the hotel features helpful staff. the bar and restaurant area looked nice. I appreciated that. there were good facilities in the room.
the parking was expensive. it added to the overall cost of the stay.

rude receptionist large deposit
the breakfast was fine, i suppose. they did have a coffee maker , made espresso.
the receptionist that booked us in were rude and did not bothered to explain anything about the hotel. they wanted a 200€ deposit, and payment followed after i checkout. the room were outdated.
